1/10 Scale Electric Vehicle Classes

Each points series may have a different set of vehicle classes depending on the interest of the drivers for that series.  The following is a list of the most common classes raced at Shamrock R/C Raceway.

Sportsman

The previously named rookie class is a beginner class for drivers of all ages who are new to racing RC vehicles on a track.  In this class drivers race any vehicle they have at a reduced cost.

2WD Spec Slash

This is another popular class at Shamrock.  Drivers in this class race a stock 2WD Traxxas Slash short course truck with specific rules about what can and can't be used/modified.  We follow the same rules as the MMR track in St. Louis Park MN.  These rules keep the trucks as close to the stock out of the box configuration as possible.
